Dr. Amela Delíc to Visit Department of Communication

SALT LAKE CITY, UT – The Department of Communication is pleased to announce that Dr. Amela Delić, a Fulbright scholar from Bosnia and Herzegovina, will visit the Department of Communication at the University of Utah this year from mid-February to June. Delić is currently an Assistant Professor at the Department of Journalism at the University of Tuzla.

During her stay in Utah, she will pursue her academic inquiries on how web-based media and journalism could potentially offer guidance in identifying solutions for existing problems, negotiating war memories, and cultivating a positive social atmosphere in the development of Bosnian and Herzegovinian society.
