Parry D. Sorensen Distinguished Lecturer Michael Babcock to Speak November 7th
Please join us for a talk by 2017-'18 Parry D. Sorensen Distinguished Lecturer Michael Babcock, Senior Regional Director of Public Relations and Communications at
Shriner's Hospitals for Children. He'll speak at the annual Town & Gown Lecture at
Little America Hotel on Tuesday, Nov. 7, 2017, at 7 p.m. in the Olympus Room.
His talk is titled, "Just What the Doctor Ordered: Communication Lessons from the
Front Lines of Healthcare." A reception with food and drinks will be held immediately
afterward. This event is free and does not require tickets. All are welcomed to attend.
Despite the "Town & Gown" title, this event doesn't require a gown or a tux! Business
casual or nicer dress is preferred.
