Professor Kevin Coe Receives Outstanding Article Award - Department of Communication

An article by Associate Professor Kevin Coe and his coauthor Joshua Scacco of Purdue University was named the 2017 Michael Pfau Outstanding Article by the National Communication Association’s Political Communication Division.

The article, entitled “The Ubiquitous Presidency: Toward a New Paradigm for Studying Presidential Communication,” was published in the International Journal of Communication last year. Professor Coe will receive the award at the annual meeting of the National Communication Association this November in Dallas, TX.

Professor Coe also won the Pfau Award in 2008 and 2013.
