Earn a Graduate Certificate in Conflict Resolution - Department of Communication

Learn the skills that professional mediators and negotiators use to resolve the toughest conflicts. Conflict resolution skills are a highly valued asset in all fields and types of organizations.

The Conflict Resolution Graduate Certificate Program is now accepting applicants for Fall 2018. Eligible candidates include anyone who has completed their undergraduate degree and scours in their final year of graduation. Those who are accepted into the program meet once a week from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on a Tuesday or Thursday evening during the course of the school year. The program focus on communication and process skills used in resolving all types of conflict, which a focus on mediation as a conflict resolution tool. The course fulfills the education requirement to be listed on the Utah Court Roster of Mediators.

The application deadline for Fall 2018 is June 1st.
